HOW TO USE:

  1. Drop mp4 / webm / mov / mkv or click to browse
  2. Drag the two white handles: KEEP FROM / KEEP TO — or type exact seconds in Cut off start / end
  3. Hit Preview Trim to check
  4. Export WebM — get a seekable file with duration fixed

This build is entirely in HTML5 and based on a Unity prototype.
